streets, walking/bike paths, signs, fence,
all open spaces, and weed control. |

Peakview Estates is close to US-34 and
I-25. US-34 is the quickest way to fun in
Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.
I-25 connects Colorado's main cities along
the front range, from Cheyenne Wyoming,
Fort Collins and Windsor in the north, to
Denver and Colorado Springs in central Colorado,
and Pueblo, Trinidad and Santa Fe New Mexico
to the south. Peakview Estates is located
on the east side of Windsor, close to many
recreational opportunities including the
Pelican Lakes Golf Course, Eastman Park,
and the Poudre River Trail System, and it
is only 10 minutes from the new hospital
and lifestyle mall at I-25 & US-34 intersection.
Peakview Estates is close to the growing
employment corridor along US-34, with many
opportunities for employment: ConAgra, Poudre
Valley Health Care System, State Farm Insurance,
and the new Owens-Illinois bottling plant.

| A new school in Quality Windsor school
district |

| Windsor has a great public school system
as well as a Core Knowledge charter school.
A new school will be constructed in Peakview
Estates sometime in 2008 or 2009 if this
site is chosen. Windsor
RE-4 School District includes the town
of Windsor, severance and approximately
22 square miles outside of town, and serves
about 3,000 students. Currently Peakview
Estates is served by Windsor's fine public
schools: Tozer Elementary (preschool - grade
2), Grandview Elementary (grades K-5), Mountain
View Elementary (grades 3-5), Windsor Middle
School (grades 6-8), and Windsor High School
(grades 9-12). |

Charter Academy is a free, public, school
of choice that offers a Core Knowledge curriculum
based education to grades K-8. The school
meets the very diverse needs of the children
in a 24 student per classroom maximum. |

which is spread out around the entire subdivision.
The community trail runs along the north
edge of the community with trail connections
into the neighborhood. It also has a 15.5-acre
park and future elementary school site.
A 10' wide concrete walking and biking path
that will run along the canal that divides
phases one and two. Phase two of the community
will have an 18 acre lake that will be provide
a non-potable water system for community
irrigation. |
